Carus Robèo Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 Flavoured Vodka featuring Craft LagerThis is an organically grown cabernet, with a nicely lifted, pure if jammy nose of blackcurrant, rosemary tarragon herbality, enhanced by fine oak toast. It is medium weight, firm and almost sinewy in cabernet's inimitable way. It is also juicy on the palate with good acidity and considerable chewy tannin. Almost sappy, with some minerality.
