It dissolves hardened resin, returning the paint to its original state. Once restored, the paint should be diluted with thinner for use. This product is exclusively for Mr. Color. It cannot be used with water based hobby colors, Mr. Metal Color, or paints from other manufacturers. It is not to be used as a thinner.
