She learned to love carving from her father and shes been beading sewing since the age of 7, taught to her by her mother. Aeshia receives walrus tusks ivory from the hunters of Togiak, as it is a traditional food they eat and use every part of, so it doesnt go to waste. Carving a particular item takes days to prepare before the final assembly. That includes cutting,
