There is a subtle element of tobacco and toast from the 9 months ageing in American oak barrels. Compelling mineral note and exceptional freshness indicative of the 850m altitude at which the 20 50 years old vines are planted. Elegant, balanced and drinking beautifully. Very smart and polished.
