We're playing a couple Illusions in the deck, like Phantom Steed, but the majority of Illusions are going to made by triggering Minn through card draw: Merfolk Looter and All-Seeing Arbiter can guarantee triggering Minn on our own turn, while cards like Arcanis the Omnipotent can trigger her on any turn
In a 40-life format like Commander that won't typically be a may effect, most will happily draw a few cards for a few life without having to invest any resources like cards or mana
They also sell 60-card Battle Decks meant for casual play and 60-card Rookie Decks for introducing players to Magic
I wouldnt expect this to come up super-often, but its a pretty good way to push back against a Control Magic and I can imagine a few other situations where this would come up
