As a rule of thumb, you won't use wheel effects just for drawing cards (decks that include wheel effects tend to have some more nefarious plans than that), but theyre nevertheless one of the most potent card draw categories in Magic
It's used in every Commander Deck, and it's never falling out of fashion (pun intended)
